I live out of the USA. Is it possible to try Acesight at home?

We have distributors, clinics, hospitals and low vision centers distributing Acesight products in various countries and regions around the world.

Can this product qualify for government subsidies?

Policies vary by country and region, with some areas providing assistance for part or all of the purchase price. Please leave a message to us and we will try our best to help you get the information.

Can I buy Acesight series directly from you?

Yes. Please visit Zoomax USA website to make the purchase.

Shipping & Delivery

We accept online orders from customers living in the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. We ship to post office boxes, APO, and FPO addresses.

We accept orders from customers in the USA or a US territory and ship via UPS/FedEx. A signature may be required upon delivery.

Is the product shipped from the U.S.?

Yes. The warehouses in charge of delivery are in CA, KY and MA.

How long will the delivery take?

Express service is UPS or FedEx. Normally delivery time is 3-7 days.

Ship to Canada

We also ship to Canada. If you are from Canada, please note that duties and taxes are not included in your order total.

Is there any installment plan for Acesight wearables?

Currently we don’t provide installment plan.

For special financing plan, please try PayPal Credit. It allows you to break down the cost of Zoomax low vision aids over time so you enjoy the enhanced view immediately. For more information, please refer to What is PayPal Credit?

Additionally, a rental service is available on Acesight VR electronic glasses. You will be able to enjoy an obligation-free trial at a cost as low as $199/month, with refundable security deposit.

How long is the warranty on Acesight series?

2 years. We warrant all products under normal use and wear to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the date of arrival.

Products older than 2 years and therefore out of warranty may still be repaired at the owner’s expense.

Can warranty be extended?

The warranty extension is only available on Acesight electronic glasses series.

  • Acesight & Acesight S 1-year warranty extension: $259
  • Acesight VR 1-year warranty extension: $179

The coverage can only be extended once. Thus the longest warranty of Acesight, Acesight S and Acesight VR is 3 years. To get the warranty extension, please leave us a message.

Can I still have the unit repaired if it’s not under warranty?

Products older than 2 years and therefore out of warranty may still be repaired at the owner’s expense. We will inspect the device and provide a repair estimate prior to completing any service work.

It takes 3-5 business days to address a repair request and complete the repair after we receive the unit with the correct information including RMA#. For more complicated repairs it may take 3-5 days, up to 10 days total.

What should I do if there is a problem during the use of the glasses?

First, please contact the dealer who sold the Acesight electronic glasses to you.

If the problem remains unsolved, please request an after-sales service by submitting a form here, and we will have a specialist contact you within 24 hours.
